All reservations are secured with a credit card. If you cancel or need to make an adjustment to your appointment, within 12 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your services.
Our return policy is for spa credit only. We have chosen to use and carry products of the highest quality to minimize any problems and we do stand behind what we sell. We provide a guarantee of satisfaction with our retail products for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. All service sales are final.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. All services conclude on time as a courtesy to the following appointments. If you’re late to an appointment, we may ask that you reschedule, and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that all cell phones be turned off or set to vibrate. Our desire is to offer each of our clients a relaxing atmosphere, therefore we welcome children by appointment only.
